Dear Friends, We are pleased to announce the opening of registrations for the 12th edition of the New Fetal Ultrasound Days (NJEF), a key event for all sonographers, which will take place from Friday, January 31 to Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the Novotel Tour Eiffel in Paris. Since 2012, more and more of you have been attending this congress, which has become a dynamic platform for learning, innovative training, and exchanges in a warm and friendly atmosphere, unique to the CFEF. This year, the congress will focus on the theme “The ultrasound care pathway: from expertise in normal screening to expertise in pathology diagnosis.” We have prepared a rich and varied program covering the heart, brain, placenta, bones, late ultrasounds, and the latest scientific innovations... • Practical workshops with patients covering all topics of the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. • Simulator workshops, for a first hands-on experience, or to better understand and improve the acquisition of views on specific topics (1st trimester, heart, and brain). The simulator offering has been greatly expanded this year, with the new feature of a “masterclass” on the fetal heart, providing full training on the normal heart and, most importantly, on the main pathologies. • Interactive workshops: quizzes, speed-dating, Q&A sessions on innovative topics in gynecology, fertility, twin pregnancies, expert Q&A, a workshop on delivering diagnoses, and a workshop on musculoskeletal disorders related to ultrasound practice. • One DPC training will also be organized: Conduct of the first-trimester morphological examination, screening for aneuploidies, and recommendations from the National Conference on Obstetrical and Fetal Ultrasound. • As every year, our international speakers will share their experience and broaden our perspective on ultrasound practices around the world. This year, a special session will be given by Prof. Asma KHALIL on late ultrasounds during pregnancy. • Exciting plenary presentations, including a session this year dedicated to gynecology. The congress will begin on Friday at 10 a.m. with plenary sessions. Saturday, a fabulously enriching day, will be dedicated to the legendary practical workshops, simulators, and interactive workshops. Sunday will be devoted to plenary sessions, ending at 2 p.m. Why attend: not only for the high-quality scientific content but also to enrich your skills thanks to all the workshops, with a personalized welcome and support. As every year, we will do everything possible to combine serious learning with the pleasure of sharing, so that this congress provides you with new intellectual and human resources useful in your daily practice. We therefore invite you to register now to secure your place. We look forward to welcoming you in large numbers. Mona Massoud, President, and the Congress Team
